We as young children would imagine a picture in our minds, but not all minds think alike and that is where the difference in thought processing and one being more capable than the other came up .But in today’s time the whole idea of learning has seen a major role change. Today with the help of artificial intelligence and the ever growing range of technological innovation we can actually have a ‘tiger’ in the classroom and kids can connect much better than the earlier times. According to a report some schools in Tamil Nadu are using artificial intelligence to impart the best knowledge among their students . What is more interesting and engaging is having such technology available to the grassroots level also is not a hard thing to do. Having the most basic setup can cater to our needs.
Artificial intelligence and the industry growing along with it is one of the most rapid growing industry. Today all firms be it Indian or overseas who are looking for a technological up gradation show a significant interest towards AI.
According to a news report at the two day G-20 summit in Osaka in Japan, the Prime Minister of India underscored the significance of Digital Economy & Artificial Intelligence. He emphasised the government’s reliance on the 5 ‘I’s that stand for Inclusiveness, Indigenization, Innovation, Investment in infrastructure & International cooperation in developing these two areas. The concept of Artificial Intelligence is based on the idea of building machines capable of thinking, acting, and learning like humans.
• It describes the action of machines accomplishing tasks that have historically required human intelligence.
• It includes technologies like machine learning, pattern recognition, big data, neural networks, self algorithms etc.
• The origin of the concept can be traced back to the greek mythology, although it is only during modern history when stored program electronic computers were developed.
For Example: Million of algorithms and codes are there around humans to understand their commands and perform human-like tasks. Facebook’s list of suggested friends for its users, a pop-up page, telling about an upcoming sale of the favourite brand of shoes and clothes, that comes on screen while browsing the internet, are the work of artificial intelligence.
It is a Complex Technology: AI involves complex things such as feeding a particular data into the machine and making it react as per different situations. It is basically about creating coding algorithms where the machine can give answers to the never answered questions by humans . AI is different from hardware driven robotic automation. Instead of automating manual tasks, AI performs frequent high volume computerised tasks reliably.AI is often misunderstood for machine learning. AI is a broader concept with a bunch of technologies that include machine learning and other technologies like natural language processing, inference algorithms, neutron networks etc.
Now what is the most significant fact is all this is made available to the kids in the language they are capable of understanding and it has been decoded for the young minds to grasp it quickly and all this is made possible using the codes. They are taught the basics of coding to make them future ready and capable of making the best use of the future ready technology . What once seemed a task for the grown ups such as coding for example is now made easy for even a toddler to learn and perform .Even a 5 year old can code and understand the dynamics. Having made this possible for everyone despite the age can happen only with the cooperation of firms and coding platforms where using games and fun activities the young champs and the leaders of tomorrow are learning skills which will no time be as important as writing is today .
And having computer professionals who can impart the knowledge into the budding minds or the Gen Next makes a lot more sense than any other medium or source for being future coders and tech leaders.
